Years later, the veterans who defeated Woundwort are long gone, but they are not forgotten. Their story is told almost every day, and they will always be around. Their children's kits now live happily where they did before, and the legends will begin again.
What can be said of Watership Down? If in any way at all, now it has become larger. Many rabbits inhabit it and a are free to come as they go. It was now ni-frith, when the sun was high in the sky. One certain buck was slowly coming out of his burrow for silflay, carefully sniffing at the air as he walked out. He looked slowly around, waiting. Standing on his hind legs, he gave a small smile. Walking out farther, into the sunlight, be nibbled on the rich flay that covered the ground during spring. He was a dark, dark brown, with a weird tannish growth of fur. This was one of Bigwig's kits, and he was very healthy. His name was Thlayzen, Or Furdew. The buck turned so he could see the run that led to the Honeycomb, and waited patiently for another to come out. {You should know about Watership Down for this.}

A young buck stretched in his burrow, and rolled over. He opened his blue-gray tinted eyes, and stood up. He saw another rabbit going up the run to the Honeycomb, and watched him go out. He couldn't tell who it was, as it was to dark. He sat down, and gave a thought to this. "I guess it is around Ni-Frith." He thought, as he exited his burrow. He went out of the run, and out of the Honeycomb. He looked at the rabbit staring at, if not close, to him. "Thlayzen, I knew it was you." he said. Out in the sunlight, you could see that the rabbit that had just came out of the warren was very light in color, a bone-white. He was one of Blackberry's sons, so he had a distinctive streak of dark brown across his face and on his ears, but he also had a dark blue streak under his eyes, like the rabbits from Efrafa. He was just as smart as Blackberry was, too. His name was Thromba, as he was said to be smart enough to make a fox go tharn. Of course, this theory was never tested, he's never even seen a fox. He was a quick thinker, able to get out of most trouble. He was a little underweight, but still a good runner with plenty of energy to spare. ((Who knew there'd be a Watership Down part on here? I'm happy now.))

{{Me too.}} Thlayzen blinked, coming out of the trance. The dark-brown buck gave a smile as he saw Thromba. "Hello, Thromba. Isn't it a nice day?" He said, looking into the sky. "Frith seems to shine brighter today." Thlayzen muttered, shaking his head. The fur on his head was matted, signaling he hadn't groomed it in a while. Setting himself on the grass once more, he began to nibble on a clover, waiting to continue the conversation. The sky was grouping with clouds, but much of it was still clear. As an old rabbit had once said, One cloud feels lonely. Thlayzen scratched at his ear, looking down the hill. "What do you think is going to happen today? I feel like something, but I can't tell. Something exciting, I hope." He said, looking up at Thromba. "Sorry if I seem blathery, but I was thinking last night of that story, El-ahrairah and the Black Rabbit of Inle. I had a bit of a nightmare from it."

"Maybe we'll see a homba?" he said, smiling. Thromba took a nibble of the grass. It was still moist from the dew i early morning, but just as good. He thought about Thlayzen's last comment as he chewed. "Well..." he muttered. "Maybe he's coming to get you?" He said this in a joking voice. Thromba scratched his ear, then stood up on his hind legs. He surveyed his surrondings, then went back to eating. "Well, lets hope something will happen today." He said. "We need more excitement around here."

Thlayzen blinked. Seeing a homba? Maybe, but that seemed quite scary. "Thromba, don't even joke." He said, adding a growl. Thlayzen scratched his ear nervously, having become a bit scared. "Well, Maybe a doe will start to fancy you? I hear Juniper is almost ready." He said, chuckling.

"Sorry, Thlayzen." he said. He took another nibble of grass, and looked around. "Is she, now?" Thromba said. "I thought it would have taken longer. She was one of the last, if I rememer correctly, last year." Thromba looked up to the sky. Only a few small cloud puffs were about, and Frith was still high in the sky.
